Happy May Friends and Family!

Apologies for my long absence, however, it’s with great glee and diaphanous delight I share the latest and greatest in Victoire Focx news…
March and April were extraordinary months Victoire Focx accessories were featured in a trunk show alongside one-of-a-kind pieces by Mallorcan painter, and jewelry designer, Antonia Maxwell.  Like the Victoire Focx brand, Maxwell produces custom pieces inspired by ornate and antiquated beauty. Also akin to the V.F. dynasty, she specializes leather– particularly necklaces crafted with semi precious stones and sea shells recovered from the depths of the Indian ocean. Antonia Maxwell is one of few designers to be featured in the Reubens Museum. It was both inspiring and delightful working with her during her time in NYC.

And as always, I offer the privilege to vicariously re-live this amazing experience!

Happy Holiday Cheer, To Those Near And Dear

The Holiday 2012 Trunk Show @ Soho Grand was a most festive and merry occasion.  The La Bella glovette and the ever elegant Esmeralda arm cuff sold particularly well for the evening. The event, dripping with decadence, dazzled New York City locals as well as first time shoppers from Cannes, South France. Customers sashayed in with swagger and left in splendor. Well here’s a darling little surprise: ‘WEEDS’ Actress Mary Louise Parker loves Victoire Focx cuffs! The actress was spotted wearing them on set of the latest CONTENTMODE magazine editorial spread. As you can see below, the lovely lady Mary Louise Parker cleverly wore the cuff on her arm instead of her wrist. Let’s tip our leather turbans to the beautiful and stylish M.L.P. But lest we forget her amazing stylist Deborah Ferguson, whose acute eye and avocation for aesthetics inspired this visibly unique way of wearing Victoire Focx leather accessories.
